Having assumed all the factors for and against the usage of such software, I arrive at conclusion that there are 5 reasons for the managers not to utilize stuff management programs.

Reason 1: It demands some money. That is impossible to search out the free employee management software. Keep in mind that the updates, support and maintenance also require some charge. Lots of people utilize such software no matter how much does it cost. Do not pay for any software if you know that its advantages are not worthy of it.
