Guitars usually follow fashion trends in their styles. They develop and modify their sounds, as well as their looks, from generation to generation. Commonly, guitars haven't got any features which underline the region where they were developed, but not all of them. In spring 2008 Ibanez presented the newest collection of guitars which is actually prominent.

Any guitar producer has got its own traditions and most of them like manufacturing models which are similar to their classic shapes and characteristics. For example, Epiphone, Gibson and Fender do the same, but not Ibanez. Such components as “Japan black” finish and red fastening make those guitars look truly Japanese. Prompts are sakura carving, which is the most suitable soft substance for that part of guitar.

The design of modern RGR underscores its Japanese origins more evidently. That ninja “weapon”, made for a murder on stage, is ascetically plain in its appearance but dangerously strong in its sound. This instrument can be compared just with a man that is clothed in black but his pale neck is observed. It has nothing excess, nothing that might be redundant. That guitar is worthy of being the most popular if we talk about the Ibanez spring collection. (more…)
