Automation becomes more and more common nowadays. This is not a complexity to find the company that proposes the solutions for that issue. At the first view these programs have a lot of advantages. They are often being sold in the attractive shiny boxes. Having assumed all the factors for and against the usage of such software, I arrive at conclusion that there are 5 reasons for the managers not to utilize stuff management programs.

Reason 1: It demands some money. That is impossible to search out the free employee management software. Keep in mind that the updates, support and maintenance also require some charge. Lots of people utilize such software no matter how much does it cost. Do not pay for any software if you know that its advantages are not worthy of it.
